Red poha is another form of flattened rice. When mixed with water or other liquid its increases by almost three to four times of its original size. When compared with the white poha, Red Poha takes more time to puff. Red Poha is more nutritious and healthier than white colored variant. It is also known as kanda poha. Red poha can also be served along with grated cheese and truffle oil, spinach or Yoghurt. Red poha is also very popular amongst kids.
